Prof.Thep Himathongkam, the founder of Theptarin Hospital, was invited to be the speaker on the topic "Future of Diabetic Foot Care : What Job, Whose Job, Where Job, How Job, NOW Job" for the Augusto D. Litonjua Pillars in Diabetes Education Award Lecture, which was held during the 29th National Assembly of Diabetes Educators at the Makati Diamond Residences, Makati City, the Philippines, on November 7, 2023. Prof. Augusto Litonjua, regarded as the father of diabetes education in the Philippines, granted a medal of achievement and contribution to Prof.Thep for his pioneering work in diabetes education in Thailand.
